
All animals produced or sourced by ourselves are transported to local abbatoirs within 20 miles and are processed in our EU approved licensed cutting and processing premises. This is the first and only such premises in Powys. Hygiene safety and accountability are paramount to the business and a recognised system developed on HACCP principles ensure this is in place, which is inspected on a weekly visit from the the meat hygiene service (MHS). All meat is cut and prepared fresh for wholesale, catering and retail shop trade.
