Delivery information for Beacons Farm Shop in Wales

Our selected couriers provide an excellent delivery service throughout the year but, like all delivery companies, they become stretched in the week prior to Christmas and service can be affected by inclement weather conditions.

Given that we are sending out perishable goods we urge you, where possible, to receive personal Christmas orders earlier in December and freeze if necessary.

Once you've placed your order via our online shop we will email to confirm that we have received this. You will also receive an email to confirm that we have received your payment. We will then begin processing your order.

We will email you to let you know when your order has been shipped and which day you can expect to receive it. We hope you're very happy with your purchase!

Please ensure that someone will be able to sign for your delivery at the address you specify, or that you have provided information on a safe place at which it can be left, and make sure you leave accurate address information.

Keeping it fresh

We only despatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (bank holidays excluded). This is because we need to be sure perishable items in orders can be delivered quickly so that our products reach you in the freshest possible condition (we would not want a food order sitting in a delivery depot over the weekend).

Substitutions / product descriptions

We will always endeavour to send you precisely what is described when you order from our online shop. However there may be occasions when a particular cut or product is not available. In this case we will contact you to offer a substitute. If this is not suitable we will be happy to offer a refund.

A note about our deerskin rugs

Please note that deerskin rugs are all as individual as the animals they come from! We try to group the rugs into approximate colour descriptions e.g. grey rugs / brown rugs but their individuality is part of their beauty. We hope you understand that it is not possible to send exactly the same rug as we feature in the picture on our website.

Changes to your order

We can amend your order as long your parcel has not been packed or dispatched. Please contact us by email or phone to let us know of any changes / amendments to orders. You can phone us at the Beacons Farm Shop from Monday to Saturday 8.30am-5pm on 01874 730929. Or contact us by email.

If your order is delayed / goes astray

Very occasionally parcels can get delayed or go astray. Please contact us on 01874 730929 (from Monday to Saturday, 8.30am-5pm) as soon as possible if you have concerns that your parcel has not arrived and we will do our very best to help. You can also email us and we will respond as soon as we can.

We cannot take responsibility if a parcel is not delivered because of an inaccurately provided address.
